Status of your ORDERS


When you got new orders, the status on Shopify will be UNFULFILLED

When the order has been fulfilled, the status on Shopify will be FULFILLED


When you got the order from your customer, the order will be in My Orders and right next to To Order section:

The order will be changed into Awaiting Payment after you click on Order product and the AliExpress order no. should be synced. Now you can click on "Pay now" to pay for your supplier on AliExpress :

After you pay for your supplier successfully, they will receive and prepare to ship your item out then there will be the tracking code on AliExpress Orders updated and the order will be moved to Awaiting Shipment

To be shown in Fulfilled, your customer should have received the package and then it will be shown in this section:

With orders that have been canceled and refunded on Shopify it will be shown in "Cancelled" section :

Unsuccessful orders will be moved to the "Fail" section. Here, we will state the details reason for the error that caused the order not to be processed successfully. Please check the error mentioned to re-order your order.

As you may know, we only synced information of your orders and product information via your Shopify store. So please help me to check carefully about the Order status on Shopify before checking in our app so you won't get confused.
