How to change a customer's shipping address before fulfilling the order

Some cases, after receiving an order in your Shopify store, the customer might contact you because they need to ship the order to a different address. That means you have to change the address before you fulfill order.

There are two methods that you can utilize to change the addresses on the orders:

1. On Shopify admin page.



 Kindly follow the steps below to change the new shipping address:

Go to the Shopify dashboard > Orders > Find the order > Click on the order to open a manage order window.



Click on the "Edit" button next to the "Shipping Address" section.



Change the shipping address and click on the purple "Save" button.

2. On the Ali Orders app



You can edit the Customer's address information straight on the Ali Orders app.

First, please go to the Orders and take a look at the outstanding orders that need fulfilling.



Then, click on the Customer's name to start changing / correcting the information.
