How to change a customer's shipping address before fulfilling the order

Some cases, after receiving an order in your Shopify store, the customer contacts you because they need to ship the order to a different address. That means you have to change the address before you fulfill order.

 Kindly follow the steps below to change the new shipping address:

Go to the Shopify dashboard > Orders > Find the order > Click on the order to open a manage order window.

Click on the "Edit" button next to the "Shipping Address" section.

Change the shipping address and click on the purple "Save" button.
