How can you delete or move your orders between the status in Order list?
There are some common kinds of orders that you want to delete or move from Order list:
The orders has been refunded/returned
The orders has been done fulfillment from another app
The orders has done fulfillment but it`s still kept in "To Order" section.

SOLUTION:
At the moment, we have not had the function as deleting these orders by yourself. Meantime, our technical dev are still checking on it and let you know once we have done.
However, you can follow our instruction as a temporary solution:
For example: You have an order in "To Order" section and you want to delete or move it away from "To Order" section to another section as "Awaiting Payment" as an example. Temporarily you cannot delete it by yourself. You should move it from "To Order" section to "Awaiting Payment" section by copying order number from your old app if possible or fill in any number or words you want, it does not affect your current order anymore.

Once you fill in this in Ali Order No. , it will be automatically changed the status into "Awaiting Payment" section
