How can I write a note to our suppliers?
You can simply go to Ali Orders > Orders List > Fulfillment Settings. There will be a section called Check-out Note to Supplier on AliExpress.
There will be a section called Default message for suppliers when placing AliExpress orders.
You can simply write a note there for your suppliers about your order, and describe it in detail to be correctly chosen.
Some templates for your reference:
We are doing dropshipping! Please, don't include any invoices or promo materials in the package.
Products are fragile, please be careful
Please wrap the product nicely and carefully.
Product should be shipped during working hours only.
Leave the products at the door mailbox.
The product is oversize, please help the customer to leave it at the post office when it arrived.
Product should be exactly as described.
Remove the old information about your product and fill in the information about my products (e.g: price)
Finally, don't forget to click the "Save"!
