Fulfillment Settings - How Ali Orders choose the Shipping Method for fulfillment
Wouldn't it be nice if there was a way to automate the shipping method, update your customer information and also send a note to your supplier that can save yourself some time and money?
Well, there is! Fulfillment Settings is a powerful tool that can help you easily streamline your order fulfillment process and boost your profit margin.
All you need to do is go to Ali Orders Dashboard -> Orders -> Fulfillment Settings.
From here, you can see the highlighted section below:
When the order is placed in AliExpress, that shipping method will be automatically chosen. There are 2 options for each section:
Cheapest method: Ali Orders will pick up the cheapest shipping price on the list.
Specific method: this is the shipping method you want to apply to all of your orders.
You can choose the cheapest method or Specific method that you trust (Etc: AliExpress Standard Shipping, UPS, ePacket,...). The priority for choosing the Specific shipping method will be the Main shipping method first, and then the Backup shipping method.
If specific shipping methods are unavailable based on your setup, Ali Orders will optimize for the Cheapest Method.
Bulk Order Fulfillment is available for Basic plan and above
For this feature, you can set up to skip any order which meets the below conditions:
Shipping cost is higher than the set up price
Product cost is higher than the set up price
Profit is lower than the set up price
Phone number is always required by AliExpress. However, if you don’t have your customer’s phone number, you can easily set your own default number by clicking on If the customer’s number is empty, then input the numbers into the box.
You can also set up the default message to all the suppliers when you place the order on AliExpress to notify them that you are doing dropshipping.
