Auto Order Fulfillment with the Ali Orders app

After you get a new order with the status PAID & UNFULFILLED, Ali Orders will synchronize them and help you fulfill orders with some simple clicks.

In this article, we will guide you step by step on how to do it.

FULFILL ONE ORDER.

Log in to your account on Ali Orders.

Go to Orders > To Order tab > Click on Place Order button to fulfilled the selected order.



Confirm the shipping information and choose Confirm Order.



Waiting for the process, Ali Orders will auto-fulfill the needed information and move the order to Awaiting Payment tab.

Finally, click on Pay now to confirm & pay

BULK FULFILL ORDERS (available for Paid PLAN users only)

Kindly note that the workflow of bulk fulfill orders is prioritized fulfilled from the OLDEST order to the NEWEST one.

Log in your account on AliExpress.

Go to Orders List > To Order tab > click on Place All Orders button to fulfilled all unfinished orders. Ali Orders will auto fulfill one by one order. It starts from the oldest orders.



Then Ali Orders will auto move to fulfill the next order, until the last order.

After you pay for your suppliers successfully on AliExpress, Ali Orders will take care of the rest to sync the tracking code to your Shopify store.
